Robin 在 1983 年「愛城華人宣道會」的一次差傳年會中被神呼召，願意被神使用。當時的講員為唐崇榮牧師，神透過唐崇榮牧師的一首詩歌「差我」讓我回應祂的呼召。
Robin 在 1992-1996 年再次得到復興。因這幾年回香港工作並參加了香港宣道會華貴堂的聚會，在當中感到神讓我體驗到作牧者的心腸，讓我開始作委身的事奉，在祂的時間安排下，投身牧養工作。Robin 存著一顆傳福音佈道心志，以敬拜讚美用音樂來榮耀神為強項。更具備門徒訓練技巧，目標為幫助信徒成長，發掘恩賜，作神的好管家。

Robin received the calling from our Lord in a mission conference held in Edmonton, Canada in 1983; the guest speaker then was Rev. Stephen Tong. Robin was again revived by serving at the Hong Kong Wah Kwai Alliance Church and was committed to serve as a Pastor of a church to pastor God's sheep. Robin has a strong desire to evangelism, discipleship training and help building up Christian to a mature level.
